Why do people with straight hair think curly hair is so easy to take care of?

i really don't know but i was talking with a friend and she casually said "since straight hair is harder to care for than curly hair" (she has straight hair and i have curly hair) and she went on complaining about how annoying it is because it tangles easily and i was just sat there like wtaf- imagine being able to DRY BRUSH your hair
